Living Space
Fed up with waiting a month for the next Sky at Night? Missing out on the huge amount of astronomy news each week? The solution can now be found at Living Space, the new collaboration between myself and Harriet Scott. We’re joined on the first program by Fred Taylor of Venus Express and Doug Ellison of Unmanned Spaceflight.
Harriet and I have been working towards this for the last year, so it’s wonderful to finally have something ready to go public. Please do go and listen (or even subscribe) and let me know what you think, either over there, over here or via email.

It is good to hear something new in the field and particularly something that may appeal to a younger audience, as well as we oldsters. Good luck with your new enterprise – I look forward to next week’s program. Will it always go up on a Friday?

Fantastic first show, congratulations to you both. I’ve been listening to the Planetary Society’s weekly “Planetary Radio” show for ages, so it’s nice to have a UK version! You and Harriet make a great team, her enthusiasm is infectious and her interest clearly genuine. Shame you two can’t do a TV prog actually… hmm, now there’s an idea…
( Warning to people yet to listen: it’s a very “busy” programme, packed with so much news and stuff that one listen isn’t enough to catch everything! )
Looking forward to the next show, and I’m sure your listener figures will steadily climb higher and higher…

Congrats on the broadcast! I really enjoyed it — good energy, good information, good interaction, good interviews and….just all around good. The show is definitely jam-packed — get distracted and you’ve missed something good.
Well, except for those Saturn sausage balls….I think I can safely do without those.
And Bisquick has been an American staple since the 70′s – I can’t believe it hasn’t found a market across the ocean!
Anyway, thanks for a great program (American spelling intentional), and I look forward to the next one.
